Labor Warranty
The labor warranty is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of service. This warranty applies only to the specific repairs and/or services listed on the invoice.
Labor charges are non-refundable. After repairs are completed at the customer’s location, or after delivery of any new appliance(s), the customer is responsible for turning on and inspecting the appliance(s) to ensure they are operating to their full satisfaction.
If additional service is requested after the technician has left the customer’s location and a return visit (“recall”) is required, additional charges will apply. If the issue diagnosed during the return visit is determined to be a new or unrelated problem not covered by the original service, the repair will be treated as a new service call and standard service fees will apply.

Parts Warranty
Parts are covered under the warranty provided by the original parts manufacturer. Most parts carry a three (3) month warranty; however, some parts may be covered for thirty (30) days only.
If a replaced part fails during its applicable warranty period, the part will be replaced at no additional charge for the part itself. The customer is responsible for labor and handling costs associated with replacing the part.
This warranty applies only to the parts listed on the invoice. Any additional parts that fail due to normal wear and tear, age, usage, or other factors beyond our control will be replaced at standard material and labor rates.
Clearing of clogged drains is warranted for ten (10) days only. There is no warranty on the replacement of plastic or glass shelf supports or basket slides.
